AAI to meet airline chiefs on building bays at 2 airports

Airports Authority of India Chairman Guruprasad Mohapatra has called a meeting of airline chiefs on Tuesday to discuss parking and landing slots at the country’s airfields. “We have made some plans with regards to building parking bays at airports in Pune and Chennai and that will be discussed,” said a senior AAI official who did not want to be identified.

He added that the plans will be discussed with the airline chiefs and their suggestions would be sought.
