Jet Airways Monday announced an offer to dole out free travel miles or frequent flyer points on each ticket purchased by a frequent flyer member on the airline’s website.

The offer is however valid for booking and travel on or before March 31 which may in this lean travel season, limit its success.

Under the so-called Billion Miles Festival, the airline is offering 1,500 bonus points on the economy class, 5,000 for business class and 10,000 for first class.

The airline currently has more than 5.5 million frequent flyer members.
