Tata Group-promoted, Vistara joins fare war

A day after SpiceJet and Jet Airways announced discounted fares, Tata Group-promoted Vistara too joined the bandwagon offering economy class one-way fares starting at Rs 999.

The discounted tickets can be booked till October 7 for travel between October 12 and March 28, 2017. The sale also includes Premium Economy and Business Class, with fares starting at Rs 2999 and 5999 one-way respectively, all-inclusive.

“This sale offers travellers a fantastic opportunity to fly Vistara and get to know what it is that has made us the preferred airline for many in such a short period of time, “ said Sanjiv Kapoor, Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer, Vistara.

In a span of just 20 months, Vistara has expanded its network to 18 destinations with 430 weekly flights, further connecting India with multiple international destinations through its interline partners. Over the next few weeks, Vistara’s fleet will grow to thirteen aircraft which will fly 515 flights weekly.
