All journeys don’t always happen the way we plan. Sometimes we have to make some late adjustments, change dates and, even, cancel booked tickets. If you are an Air India customer, here’s how you can re-book or cancel bookings made online on the official website of the public carrier.
After making the reservation online, Air India says you can make use of the “My Booking” section to modify or cancel your reservation for only fully unutilized tickets. You can access the link to the “My Booking” from the homepage of the Air India website – www.airindia.in.
