Rajiv Nayan, a senior research associate at the Delhi-based Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, is of the opinion that the US intention behind withdrawing from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, or INF Treaty, is to destabilise global peace.
