CISF To Hold International Aviation Meet


The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) is going to organise an International Aviation Security Seminar with the objective to interact, share and discuss the emerging security challenges with national and international security experts on Octo-ber 9-10 at Vigyan Bhawan.

The CISF is celebrating its golden jubilee year in 2018-19. Over the last 49 years CISF has evolved as multi-skilled force providing integrated security cover to 344 critical infrastructure installations including 60 operational airports in the country.

The aviation security assumed greater significance due to the exponential growth in the aviation sector and the ever-present challenge of unlawful interference in the civil aviation and terrorism. Read more
