Civil Aviation Ministry In Talks With Various Airlines For Marketing Indian Destinations Globally


Union Aviation Minister Suresh Prabhu on Monday said that his ministry is in talks with Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of leading airlines for marketing various destinations in the country.

Addressing a press conference at Dabolim International Airport here, he said, ”Under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, I have decided to market Goa and there I am talking to foreign airlines and telling them that they always have marketing programme for destinations. So I had a meeting with global CEO of Singapore Airlines and I told him to market destinations in India, particularly Goa. And I want to do it with all the leading airlines.
