Delhi’s IGI airport now has anti-skid floors for flyers convenience! Know about new initiative for T3

Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport takes good step for flyers! If you travel frequently from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International (IGI) airport and worry about slippery floors at Terminal 3 (T3), here is some good news for you.

The Delhi airport has recently taken certain slip-resistant measures in order to ensure the safety of flyers. According to an HT report, due to the removal of the carpet, the Delhi airport Terminal 3’s floor was proving to be too slippery, not only for flyers but also the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) staff. As a result of this, a special committee was formed by CISF to replace shoes of 4,000 personnel at Delhi airport.

According to Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) officials, the floor is as per international standards and is completely user-friendly. Read More
