DRDO chief Dr S Christopher gets one-year extension


The government on Friday approved a one-year extension in service to DRDO chief Dr S Christopher, an aeronautical scientist who was to retire later this month after a two-year term.

The appointments committee of the cabinet said Dr Christopher would continue as secretary of the department of defence research and development and DRDO chairman for a period of one year with effect from May 29. Read more
