Four groups of Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists either inside Jammu and Kashmir or waiting at launch pads: Intel


The ISI’s gift to India as festival season begins appears to be the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). Latest MAC or Multi-Agency Coordination Centre intelligence reports speak of a determined attempt by the LeT to push its terrorists into Jammu and Kashmir.

A LeT battle-action team of five terrorists is waiting at the house of Kamal Deen in Khori, a village in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, opposite Poonch. They are planning to target the army’s positions on the line of control.

The pickets of the Garhi or the Banwat battalion have been targeted. usually, the BATs are better armed and carry fewer provisions than the infiltrating terrorists or even maps and GPS devices.   Read More
