Improved air connectivity to Auragabad soon

In a major boost to the air connectivity of Aurangabad, the ministry of state for civil aviation has shot a letter to Aurangabad MP Imtiaz Jaleel announcing the improvement in air connectivity to the city.

When contacted, Jaleel said, “Improving air connectivity of the city was one of the electoral promises and am grateful to the MoS for considering our city’s genuine pea.” With the winding up of Jet Airways, the connectivity of the city had taken a serious hit. Moreover, with the starting of airport at Shirdi, even some of the budget airlines operating from the city shifted to Shirdi, further denting the air connectivity to the city which is also the administrative, medical, educational and industrial capital of the region.
