NIA Files Fresh Charge Sheet Against Nashidul Hamzafar in ISIS Module Case


The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a supplementary charge sheet against Kerala resident Nashidul Hamzafar in the ISIS Kasaragod module case where youths from India were recruited for the terror group. The investigators have accused 26-year-old Hamzafar of furthering the objective of the proscribed terrorist organization.

NIA filed the supplementary charge sheet before the Special NIA court in Ernakulam, Kerala, against the 26-year-old accused who is a native of Kalpetta, Wayanad district, Kerala under relevant sections of IPC and Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
