Jammu And Kashmir: Encounter Breaks Out In Kulgam, 4 Militants Trapped

An encounter broke out on Sunday between held up militants and security forces in Kellem village of Kulgam district in South Kashmir.

Security forces cordoned the village during the night after getting a tip-off about the presence of militants in the area. As the military was closing in on the group, militants fired on the forces resulting an encounter.

Around four militants are believed to be trapped at the time of writing this story. Read more
