Pakistan government, which had denied its involvement in Pulwama terror attack, which claimed the lives of 40 Indian soldiers, went in a huddle on Tuesday, after news of Air strikes by Indian Airforce across Line of Control made headlines. The Pakistan government has so far denied any casualties in the air strikes.
Speaking on the same, Pakistan Army said “Indian aircraft intruded from Muzafarabad sector. Facing timely and effective response from Pakistan Air Force released payload in haste while escaping which fell near Balakot. No casualties or damage,” Major General Asif Ghafoor, Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of the Pakistan Army”.
“Indian Air Force violated Line of Control Pakistan. Pakistan Air Force immediately scrambled. Indian aircraft gone back,” he tweeted.
