Rajeev Chandrasekhar Gifts Air Force A Vintage Dakota Aircraft

The vintage DC3 Dakota was one of the start attractions of the 86th Air Force Day parade that was held recently. The aircraft was phased out nearly 30 years back and was purchased by MP Rajiv Chandrasekhar at a throwaway price. After purchasing the aircraft, Chandrasekhar restored it and gifted it back to the Indian Air Force earlier this year. The aircraft is called ‘Parshurama’. Watch here
