To celebrate Kargil war success, Army team set to create national record in white water rafting


To mark the 20th anniversary of the Kargil war with Pakistan, the Indian Army on Friday organised a 210 km long White Water Rafting expedition on the turbulent Indus River in Ladakh.

The team has undertaken this expedition with the aim of setting up a National record. The officials of the India Book of Records were in Leh to validate the record at the end of the expedition.
