Volodymyr Zelensky Says That Ukrainian Forces Recaptured Places Near Kharkiv

On Wednesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukrainian troops have taken back several settlements from Russian forces in the Kharkiv region in the northeast of the country.
Zelensky said in his daily address, “This week we have good news from the Kharkiv region.” He also said, “Now is not the right time to name those settlements where the Ukrainian flag has returned.”
Observers say that Ukrainian forces have made progress in the Kharkiv area in recent days, but there has been no official confirmation of the possible gains.
